It had been probably five years since my last dentist visit, so I was very anxious and stressed. The entire staff was amazing. Everyone was very comforting and reassuring. I had crown and a cleaning. The visit was nearly painless. Most importantly, I have a clear dental plan, and I'm not terrified of my next visit. Thank you, Custom Dental!

Dr. K was very clear and detailed in his explanation of everything going on inside my mouth. He summed it all up in a way that I could easily understand and was able to use that information to make good decisions. Leanne, my hygienist clearly demonstrated that she knew what she was doing as well. She was fast, thorough and painless, as well as pleasant as a personality. This was my first visit and I will have no problem coming back in six months.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nigel Kasali and the entire team at Custom Dental of Denton. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family instead of just another patient. What impressed me the most was the personal level of care. After I left a message, Dr. Kasali personally called me back. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days and speaks volumes about how much he genuinely cares about his patients. I needed a root canal, and they were able to get me in and complete it the very same day. Even more impressive, my permanent crown was ready in less than two weeks, and the team worked with my schedule to make sure everything was completed before I had to travel out of town. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The staff is friendly, professional, and compassionate, and Dr. Kasali takes the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable. If you're looking for a dentist who combines outstanding clinical care with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Custom Dental of Denton. They have absolutely earned my trust, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know!

I had my second cleaning with Custom Dental of Denton this week and am glad to say that the staff is just as friendly, welcoming and supportive as they were during my first visit 6 months ago, from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentist. They listened to any issues I wanted to discuss regarding my health and did not push any treatments on me, but explained the options and went over the prices so that I could make my own decisions. I will continue visiting Custom Dental of Denton and Dr. Kasali for my 6 month cleanings and am happy to of found a consistent dentist office!

Today was my first visit to Custom Dental. From my first contact with them by phone up to walking through their door they showed themselves friendly and very reassuring I’d get good are, and they delivered! I was treated like a VIP! They took time to learn who I was and any concerns I had. I just can’t say enough about Dr Nigel Kasali and his office staff, they all took such good care of my teeth that I look forward to returning in 6 months.
